Shipping costs are \u20ac8 for orders delivered in Belgium under \u20ac65 and free for orders over \u20ac65.<\/p>

They are 10\u20ac for a country located in Europe outside Belgium. We do not offer delivery outside Europe.<\/p>

If you choose a massage, a treatment ritual, a subscription, a holiday or a gift voucher, you will receive it immediately in PDF format with your order confirmation.<\/p>

When ordering Cinq Mondes products, you have the choice between a pick-up at Dolce La Hulpe Brussels (Click & Collect) or a delivery to the address of your choice (Bpost).<\/p>

With the Click & Collect option, you will receive an instant email thanking you for your order and a second one, within 24 hours, inviting you to receive your order once it has been prepared.<\/p>

In the case of a shipment with Bpost, shipping times vary depending on the country of shipment.<\/p>

We accept unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the original packaging.<\/p>
