The Wellness Mornings in the woods
This summer, we invite you to take part in one of our mornings dedicated to your well-being in harmony with the forest. The ideal way to start the weekend with peace of mind!

Respecting the sanitary measures, our wonderful coaches, Sylvie and Isabelle, both advocating a holistic approach to well-being, will help you discover the many benefits of a meditative walk in the forest and of yoga, practised in front of the forest.
A delicious meal at the Argan restaurant in the heart of this inspiring nature is also planned. You can choose between a breakfast buffet or a lunch.
If you have a yoga mat, we invite you to bring it with you. If you don't have one, please let us know when you register and we will provide you with one.
- 10am-11am: A meditative walk in the forest
- 11am-12pm: A yoga class
- A choice of a buffet breakfast available from 7am until 10am or a lunch including a meal and a soft drink from 12pm.
