• The Sublime Bola Massage Care, a truly personalised treatment that adapts to the different stages of pregnancy, is inherited from the knowledge of women of the world who help to better welcome their bodies through touch. Thanks to gentle smoothing, it allows for deep relaxation of the body, which is in transformation during this period.

 

• Throughout the protocol, the Spa-therapist will pay special attention to the pregnant woman’s comfort with different ergonomic cushions, by carefully exerting pressure, and using delicate fragrances.

 

• The treatment begins with a back massage in a seated position, depending on the stage of pregnancy, and continues while lying on the back. It is carried out with the heated Sublime Oil, composed of the Tahitian Monoi and Noni complex, followed by an application of the creamy Sublime Balm, which will deeply nourish and regenerate the skin. Both products used are certified organic for a gentle body care for the most sensitive skins.

 

• For the particular area of the belly, a signature massage with the Bola - sound massaging balls, used in oriental medicine to harmonise the body and stimulate reflexological zones, is performed. During the 2nd trimester of pregnancy, the baby's hearing develops. Thanks to the delicate sound of the Bola, it is possible to get in touch with the unborn child, soothe it and stimulate its development. Once born, this sound will continue to calm and reassure the baby.

 

• The Bola Ritual is a truly regenerating treatment for the mother-to-be. It helps release any tension, relax her body, makes her feel lighter, and calms her mind during this time when her brain is taking in more oxygen. It is also a sweet moment to connect with the unborn baby.
